Privacy Policy

You need no account to browse. The site keeps one small note in your browser to remember which product introductions you have already heard in the videos, so they are skipped next time. It stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

There are no advertising trackers on the site. Our servers record basic technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser and time, to keep the site running and secure.

Paddle, our Merchant of Record, takes the payment. We don't see or keep your card details. Paddle sends us your name, email address, country, what you bought and your order number, so we can issue and manage your license. Paddle's own privacy notice covers what it does with your payment details.

Purchases of ShopReady Field on Google Play or the App Store are handled by those stores under their own privacy terms.

When a program is activated or checks in, it sends our license server the license key, the product and version, the computer's name, and a fingerprint of the computer. The fingerprint is a one-way code made from the computer's own ID; the ID itself is never sent.

We keep these records to hold each key to two computers, to show your computers on the Your licenses page, and to stop misuse. The license key is stored encrypted.

To sign in to Your licenses, you get a link by email at the address your purchase went to.

Your drawings, models and project files stay on your computer or device unless you send them to us, for example with a support ticket, or use an online feature that stores them.

If you send us files, screenshots, drawings, models or messages, we may store and review them to fix problems, answer you and keep a record of support.

If you use an AI feature, what you type and the answers may be processed by the AI providers behind it. Don't send highly sensitive or confidential information through it unless you are comfortable with that.

To provide and run the Services, issue and check licenses, deliver software and updates, answer support, keep things secure, improve the programs and documentation, contact you about your purchases, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers that help run the Services: Paddle for payments, and providers for hosting, databases, sign-in, email, video and AI features. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.

We may also share information when reasonably needed to protect rights, look into misuse, enforce our terms, or respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell personal information.

As long as needed to provide the Services and keep your licenses working, keep business and support records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. This differs by the kind of information.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security.

You can choose not to give some information, though some features won't work without it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or close your account, through the Support page or the Contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under privacy law, and we will honour them as the law requires.

The Services are meant for business and professional use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, where our service providers operate. Privacy laws there may differ from those where you live.

We may update this policy. Updates take effect when posted here unless a later date is given.
