Refund Policy

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the first purchase, and within 14 days of each yearly renewal.

After 14 days from the purchase or the most recent renewal, the charge is no longer eligible for a refund, except where the law where you live gives you more.

Ask Paddle at paddle.net, or ask us through the Support page or the Contact page with your purchase email and order number. Paddle makes the refund to the way you paid.

A refund cancels the license key. The program stops being licensed on your computers at its next check-in. Your drawings, models and files are not touched.

Cancel at any time to stop the plan renewing. The plan stays active until the end of the year already paid for. Cancelling doesn't refund charges older than 14 days.

ShopReady Field is bought on Google Play or the App Store, and their own refund rules apply.
