Setting up a machine by hand

CNC, Machine... opens the Machine window. Add one by hand lists a laser, a CNC router and three pretend machines; a pretend router is added, which behaves on screen as a real one does with nothing plugged in. Its page says what it is, its controller and how it is linked; the bed is set to 600 by 400 and the rear left corner made its 0,0. Then Go to Run and Connect: the lamp says Ready.
